HX Nodes offers the following services:
Game Server Hosting (Minecraft, Rust, etc.)
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Web Hosting
Domain Registration
Custom Hosting Solutions
All services are managed via the Pterodactyl Panel and are provisioned upon successful payment.

Payments & Billing

We accept the following payment methods: UPI, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency.
All services are billed upfront. Invoices must be paid before services are provisioned.
Invoices are automatically generated and must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available:
Within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Within 7 days, only if the server has not been used (zero activity).
Refunds are not provided after these windows or for services that have been used.
Domain purchases, custom setups, or add-ons are non-refundable.

Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your services without prior notice for:
Violating this ToS
Hosting prohibited content
Non-payment or abuse of refund policies
You will be notified via email before your service expires or is terminated due to unpaid invoices.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use HX Nodes services for:
Crypto mining or coin operations
Phishing, scam, or malicious websites
Hosting adult, pornographic, or NSFW content
Distributing illegal software or media
Attacks, botnets, DDoS tools, or brute-force operations
We reserve the right to monitor usage and take immediate action against violations.
